Consultant in Integrated Sexual Health

An exciting opportunity has arisen to play a key role in the system leadership of Integrated Sexual Health services across Barking & Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge Local Authorities alongside a clinical role as consultant lead in contraception.

Following a successful bid to continue to provide these services for the next 5-8 years, we are looking for a consultant colleague to join our team as we modernise and develop how the service is provided in conjunction with local commissioners.

This is a permanent 0.8WTE post in Integrated Sexual Health with a specific lead on the development of the local system and in contraception services including training.

The successful applicant will be as skilled and confident at engaging with a wide multi-disciplinary group as they are at delivering and teaching complex contraception care. If this is you and you would be interested in this unique challenging and rewarding role then please do get in touch.
