The Sunflower Suite at Queens Hospital BHRUT requires an enthusiastic, highly motivated Senior Sister with an interest in Haematology/Oncology to join our team and provide excellent leadership. BHRUT is a large cross- site organisation encompassing both Queens Hospital in Romford and King George Hospital in Ilford, treating over 10% of the London population with cancer.

The Sunflower Suite is situated within the Queens site; it is open Monday- Friday 08.00-20.00 and Saturday 09.00-17.00, treating a variety of malignant and non-malignant Haematology and Oncology patients.

The successful candidate would be expected to work over 5 days to manage this service. The post holder will require an NMC registration and proven experience at Band 6 post registration encompassing ward/acute nursing experience and be competent in chemotherapy administration.

We expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the Trust’s PRIDE behaviours and assist in achieving the Trusts objectives.
